I only had a couple real encounters with Joe Philley.  Extraordinary individual. One day I will divulge the content of those encounters, but for now, I only express my sadness.  Extraordinary human being.

    We mourn with you Edgar Allan Wright​. When you feel the time is right please do share. He was such a dynamic person and it seems like we all saw a slightly different facet of his personality.

Essexians: This is important.

Essexians: This is important. After extensive hunting, I have come into possession of some of Hank Johnson's notes from the period in Graduate School when Dr. Calvin hired him to study 13MAGNUS. There are some cryptic references that come to mind. Diodati Epiphany and Volcanic Winter.  They were the first notes in his journal and thus might be a good place to begin looking for his bread crumbs (referred to by, I believe Calvin, this summer).  I believe Johnson planted these in an attempt to reconstruct not only his memories, but his thought stream after the recent recursion. I will be combing the notes for more information. We have no records of where Hank travelled during that time.  I must piece it together.  It is my belief that he might have left 'breadcrumbs' in those portals.

I have been silent for too long.  I fear that truly momentous events are coming.  Who is ultimately behind the dissemination of Ingress Scanners and for what purpose have they facilitated the collection of that substance now known as Exotic Matter? And beyond that, who has encouraged Dr. Lightman to reease the secrets of the Shaper Glyphs?  Would not the Death of Carrie Cambell have served as enough of a Warning? And why have they not told of the power in wearing faction glyphss and shaper protective glyphs on Samhain, the ancient rite associated with a primitive incarnation of 13MAGNUS?
